Welcome to Sphere Five Services ("Sphere Five," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and cleaning booking services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, placing a booking (including as a guest), or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Sphere Five Services provides professional home and commercial cleaning services in Qatar, bookable through our website and mobile application. For any questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide when booking or registering.

3. Accounts

You may use the Services with a registered account or as a guest.

• Registered accounts. You provide a name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). You may optionally upload a profile photo. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Guest bookings. You may book without creating an account. A primary phone number and service address are required; name and email are optional. Guest bookings are looked up using the primary phone number and booking reference.

You may delete your account at any time directly within the app, in accordance with Apple's App Store guidelines. After deletion, certain booking records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Services and Availability

We offer cleaning services — including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning — subject to availability. You may select a cleaner count within the limits shown for each service and add available add-ons or promo codes where offered.

Membership plans may include multiple scheduled visits under the plan terms shown at the time of purchase. Membership and service bookings are for real-world cleaning services performed at your property; they are not digital content or in-app features, and payment for these Services is collected outside of the app (currently by cash on completion), independent of any app store billing system.

All prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR). A booking request is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and confirmed.

5. Bookings

When you place a booking, you provide (as applicable): contact details, service address, service type, date and time, cleaner count, add-ons, notes, and payment method.

Booking statuses typically follow this flow: Pending → Confirmed → On the Way → Completed. A booking may also be Cancelled before it is completed.

You will receive service-related notices — by email and, where you use the app with notifications enabled, push notification — when your booking is created, confirmed, when the cleaner is on the way, completed, or cancelled.

6. Payments

Payment is due as selected at checkout. Cash is currently the available payment method and is collected when the service is completed. We record the payment method, amount, and payment status for each booking.

All fees charged under these Terms, including any cancellation fees, are non-refundable.

If additional payment methods are enabled in the future, these Terms and our Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how those payments are handled.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and address details so we can reach you and complete the visit;
• Ensure someone can provide access at the scheduled time, or arrange access in advance;
• Secure valuable items before the visit begins;
• Treat cleaners and staff with respect; and
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false booking information, attempting to interfere with the operation of the app, or engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our staff or cleaners. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Sphere Five Services and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

10. Liability

Sphere Five Services is not liable for damage caused by misuse of the property or by conditions that already existed before the visit.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services, we make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation, except as required by applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services, or delete your account, at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to the Services or These Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Sphere Five Services only, not with Apple Inc., and Apple is not responsible for the Services or their content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the Services. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you.
